Since 1958 LATRONICS Corporation has maintained a manufacturing facility and staff of trained specialists dedicated to the design of hermetic seals. Hermetic seals require expert knowledge in Ceramic Metalization, Glass Sealing, Furnace Brazing, CNC Machining, and Nickel Plating. These industrial areas are the core competencies that make up LATRONICS.
We serve customers through the combination of these competencies or through offering each service on a single contract basis. LATRONICS expertise in these areas can be beneficial to any company that requires Brazed Assemblies, Near Net Shaped Forgings, CNC Machined Components or Nickel Plating.
Standard Designs
LATRONICS offers a complete range of established industry designs that are readily available for fast delivery. Any of these industry standards can be modified (in house) to meet specific requirements.
Full Custom Designs
Many LATRONICS products are created entirely to customer specifications. In addition, our staff is capable of engineering hermetic seals and/or near net shaped metal components, from a customer's conceptual design or even from a general description.
LATRONICS experience often enhances the timeliness and effectiveness of the design process.
Quality Control
A rigid quality assurance program conforms to MIL-I 45208 and MIL/STD 45662 inspection systems. SPC is utilized to assure conformance to design specifications.
